VCU’s M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with a Concentration in Administration and Supervision and the Post-Masters Certificate in Educational Leadership (PMC), helps prepare professionals like yourself for the ever-changing educational environment.

This program is part of the 20% Education Tuition discount program.

We pride ourselves on preparing transformative leaders who are able to promote a culture of change and growth in their organizations. Coursework is designed to give graduates foundational knowledge in change and improvement, diversity and social justice, understanding and engaging communities, and the multiple dimensions of leadership with the intent of graduates emerging from the program as leaders who are able to meet the current and emergent needs of their organizations. Designed for working professionals, this program can be completed part-time in as little as 22 months (M.Ed.) or 3 semesters (PMC), with coursework fully online!
